How to navigate through the screens
Welcome to this demonstration course.
This is a copy of the actual Effective Delegation course. The only functionality that is not available is the ability to ask us an online question about the course. If you take out a subscription you will have this facility and be able to ask us a question just by clicking on the "need advice" button on the left.
Normally you would start this course on the next page, but the page you are currently on is just to explain how you can navigate through the course

How to get the most out of this course?

This is an audio file
The courses also have audio files. Generally the audio files add examples or anecdotes about the points covered in the course. To listen to the audio files just click on the play button to the right of this text.
Key Message
At the bottom of most pages there is a key message box. This has some text and also an audio file. The text encapsulates the key message from the previous section of the training and the audio file reenforces the main points.
All the key messages are also found on a summary page at the end of the course.
On some pages there are buttons that say "Read more" and if you click on these you will be taken to another page to read more. You then just need to navigate your way round by pressing the "previous" or the "next" button shown at the bottom of the screen on the right.
If you want to, you can go to specific pages by selecting the page on the left hand menu. For example if you just wanted to read the summary page you can start the course and just click on the page called "Summary".
When you have finished the course or you want to stop for the day just click on the button on the top right of the screen that says "Close course".
If you re-enter the course it does not remember where you were, it will always start at the beginning but you can then just go to the page you want by using the menu on the left of the screen.
Click on the "next" button to go to the course introduction page:
