This management course is 1 half day.
This course looks at how to conduct a successful appraisal and make it a positive experience for both the appraiser and the appraisee. This course will help you:
- Understand what an effective appraisal is and its worth to the organisation
- Recognise the value and importance of the motivational aspects of appraisals
- Understand how to successfully prepare
- Understand how to conduct the meeting
- Use information from the appraisal to go forward
- Link appraisals to training and performance plans
