This course looks at techniques to use when making a consultative sale i.e. trying to position yourself as a "trusted advisor" rather than a pushy sales person. This course will help you: 

  • Understand the nature of consultative sales
  • Position yourself to be seen as a "trusted advisor"
  • Create interest and desire in clients
  • Establish the client need
  • Present effective proposals
  • Close the sale and deal with objections
