This course looks at telephone techniques used in a consultative sale to build the relationship and to get appointments. This course will help you: 

  • Take a different approach to cold calling - you are calling to help the customer
  • Make the initial contact
  • Create customer interest
  • Get through gatekeepers to the decision makers
  • Get appointments and sales
  • Develop and maintain the customer relationship
