Inom Limited was formed in 2002 and we are a specialist company. We specialise in the field of soft skills (dealing with people), motivation and performance. We get results by changing the way managers and leaders manage their people.
In addition to being experienced trainers and consultants, our management trainers all have personal experience of managing people within organisations. We believe that staff management experience is vital so that we can empathise with our clients. Likewise our sales and customer services trainers have direct experience of selling and customer service.
All our trainers deliver real benefit to our clients and have fun whilst doing it.
We aim to be easy to do business with and to build long term relationships with our clients.
We don't take ourselves too seriously but we do take our business and our clients business very seriously.
