Bespoke Sales Training Courses
We provide a number of sales coaching/training workshops for you to choose from and if required we can put together a bespoke workshop with content selected to your requirements. These are delivered in workshop format addressing the real issues that your staff face. The training relates to your processes and products. Where possible the training also includes advice and guidance on real sales situations e.g. listening in on some real cold and warm calls. Examples of the content are shown below.

Example sales training programmes we have run for clients
These programmes have usually consisted of a series of training sessions and workshops linked together, but each programme is designed individually to achieve the outcome wanted:
- Changing the sales process and providing sales training to increase the sales and increase the conversion ratio from leads to sales.
- Increasing control of the sales meeting and more clearly establishing the customer needs.
- Improving business development skills. Addressing the need to build the business relationship based on trust and respect.
